PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce the loss of a pressure head by reducing the length of a duct, and provide the flexibility of a loop against heat and keep the noise of the loop to an optimum for reduced loss of a cooling fluid, cost advantage and limited external factors of interference with the loop. SOLUTION: A vehicle with a heating radiator 9, an evaporator 5, and an air distributor as well as an air-conditioner having a compressor 1 and a condenser 2. The compressor is an electric compressor 1. The condenser 2 is cooled by a cooling circuit 41 consisting of a cooling flow passage 6 into which a fluid excluding air is supplied, a water pump 7 and a heat exchanger 8. The electric compressor 1 and the condenser 2 are provided between a vertical plane 22 including the axis of a front wheel 25 of a vehicle and a vertical plane 22 including the rear face of a back rest 31 of a front seat 30 in the vehicle.
