PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent influence of the sunlight to a receiver, and to improve operability of a transmitter by arranging the receiver in a box body, arranging a window for restricting an incident range of the light on a front face of the box body, and arranging eaves above the window. SOLUTION: A receiver 3 is arranged in a box body 2, a window 4 for restricting an incident range R of the light L to the receiver 3 is arranged on a front face 2F of the box body 2, and eaves 5 for intercepting the sunlight S is arranged above the window 4 to thereby prevent influence of the sunlight S as well as to restrict the incident range R of the light L to the receiver 3, and even if an unintentional hand movement a transmitter 7 is caused when operated from a prescribed range, operational stopping of a parking device 20 since a signal is cut off is eliminated. When arranging a receiver adjuster 6 to adjust a position and an inclination of the receiver 3 to the window 4, the incident range of the light L to the receiver 3 can be changed to optionally set a place for a user to perform remote control.
