PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To highly precisely and easily form a prototype body of a burnt body and suppress generation of deformation (strain) and crack of the prototype body or the burnt body when the prototype body is dried or solidified and burnt. SOLUTION: Ceramic paste 12 as a raw material of a barrier rib 6 is filled in a die groove 100a of a molding female die 100 formed from a combustible material, and a prototype body 6A of the barrier rib 6 is formed on a rear plate 2. The prototype body 6A together with a molding female die 100 is burnt in a combustion furnace 200, the molding female die 100 is burnt down, and the barrier rib 6 is burnt on the rear plate 2. Since the prototype body 6A is not extracted from the die by this manufacture, the prototype body can be highly precisely and easily formed. Further, since the prototype body 6A becomes in a state of being releasably supported by the molding female die 100 when the prototype body 6A is dried or solidified or burnt, generation of deformation (strain) or crack of the prototype body 6A or the barrier rib 6 is decreased, and a yield in burning is improved.
