PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To easily drain water from the inside of a container main body by forming a recessed drain groove on a flange facing outward of the container main body storing a Tofu and water. SOLUTION: In the constitution of a storage container, an outer periphery of a storage container is stuck releasably on the upper face of a flange 3 facing outward, and the upper opening face of the peripheral wall 2 of a container main body is closed by a sheet cover 10, and recessed drain grooves 5 for draining a liquid in the container main body are so formed as to be inclined to the upper outside on the flange corners 4 facing outward, and thin-wall break lines 6 crossing the recessed grooves 5 are formed on the flange corners 4 facing outward, and the corner section are formed into removing plate sections 7. Then the removing plate sections 7 are pivoted upward with sheet cover sections above the break lines as centers by cutting the break lines to form the recessed grooves 5 to be easily openable outside the container main body.
