PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a less-expensive refill pouch having superior design characteristic, facilitating its bag formation and filling of contents, capable of easily replacing even high viscous contents up to its final vacant state without any residual substance and further showing a superior convenience in use. SOLUTION: A refill pouch 100 is constituted such that a laminated film containing a paper layer in at least one wall surface is applied, the bottom part of the pouch 100 is formed into a standing pouch form, for example. Then, both side portions of it area heat sealed at the side seals 3, 3 where its upper part is narrowed to a diameter-reduced shape, its outer side is processed with trimming and at the same time a plurality of lateral folding lines 6 are properly spaced apart at the laminated film 1 containing the paper layer in at least one wall surface of the pouch 100. The upper end edge is provided with a cutting line 7 for forming the pouring-out port for the content and its end is provided with notches 8, 8.
