PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a sucking assisting implement to be used for an infant who cannot support a nursing bottle by himself or herself and to enable the infant to be sucked alone in the posture of being lied supine by a nonslip means. SOLUTION: The sucking assisting implement 1 to be used at the time of giving suck to the infant with the nursing bottle 8 consists of a base member 2 which is like a beanbag formed by filling packing materials 6, such as granular materials, into a soft outer enveloping member 5 in a loose state and is formed to a weight allowing the loading of the nursing bottle without burden on the body B of the infant lied supine, and the nonslip means 3 which fixes the cylindrical part 8a of the nursing bottle 8 onto the base member 2 by preventing the relative slip of the base member 2 and the nursing bottle 8.
