PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide the drying method of a dryer which can dry any kinds of stuff to be dried, and can improve the drying efficiency and the quality of the dried stuff after drying the matter to be dried securely. SOLUTION: The drying method of dryer comprises a drying process which is to dry by heating stuff to be dried charged into a dryer main body 1 through an charging hole 2 while being transferred to a discharge hole 3 port by agitating blades 13 helically surrounding a rotating shaft 11 arranged to the dryer main body 1, wherein the drying process of the stuff to be dried is shut off after predetermined time from the time the temperature detected by an inside- dryer environment temperature measuring sensor 23 reaches the predetermined minimum value.
