PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To easily store measured data in a storage medium and to ensure the security of measured data by providing a control part for reading the measured data from a storage part by the insertion of the storage medium and storing the measured data in the storage medium. SOLUTION: A control part 2 displays labels L1-L7 on the image plane of an LCD 4 by the operation of an operating part 5. When a ten-key panel of the operating part 5 is operated, the control part 2 confirms whether or not function corresponding to the labels L1-L7 is locked on the basis of lock information for locking the storage into a floppy disc(FD) which is a storage medium. In the case of being unlocked, the control part 2 executes processing corresponding to a key. When the FD is inserted in an FD drive(FDD) 6, the FDD 6 informs the control part 2 of this, and whether the function is locked is confirmed on the basis of the lock information. In the case of being unlocked, the control part 2 reads measured data from a memory 3 and stores the measured data in the FD through the FDD 6.
