PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To compensate for error in the direction of axial core so as to reduce manufacturing cost and improve the workability. SOLUTION: This mounting structure is constituted in such a way that a male connector 2 of a coaxial connector is attached to a chassis 1 on one side, a female connector 4 thereof is attached to a chassis 3 on the other side, either of the male connector 2 and the female connector 4 is attached to the chassis through a floating fitting 13, a spring 21 is provided between the connector on one side and the chassis so as to displace the connector on one side in the direction of axial core, and the spring 21 is bent when a force exceeding a fitting force applies on the connector to displace the connector on one side in the direction of axial core in order to compensate for relative error between the female connector and the male connector.
