<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To facilitate movements over stairs by fixing a bag to a frame by a fastening device, covering the fastening device with a cover from above, and providing a sliding device for both crossover axles along the crossover axles above the cover. SOLUTION: A traveling bag 4 with a carry is fixed to a frame 1 by a fastening device, the fastening device is covered with a cover 5 from above, and a sliding device 3 is provided for both crossover axles 1 along the crossover axles 1 above the cover 5. The sliding device 3 is mounted between an appropriate part at which the frame 1 comes into contact with a corner 7 and a part at which wheels 2 come into contact in such a constitution that the wheels 2 do not obstruct parallel movements. Then, a bag 4 is slid over the corner 7 to an upper step by the sliding device 3 to make the wheels 2 start to be in contact with the flat part of the upper step above the corner 7. Next, the wheels 2 are moved to the flat part of the upper step, brought close to the wall of the next upper step to sequentially climb the stairs by repeating the previous steps again in the face of a corner 7.</p> |
