PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve low density, high strength, high rigidity, water retentivity, water permeability, gas permeability by adding grass fibers and core-shell type fibers in which the core is made of a high melting point component and the shell is made of a low melting point component. SOLUTION: Grass fibers and core-shell type fibers in which the core is made of a high melting point component and the shell is made of a low melting point component are added. The raw material of the grass fibers are preferably cut grass and waste Tatami.
