PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To display an excellent construction property and a beautiful appearance of a toilet room, or the like, and effectively prevent troublesomeness from occurring by integrating a remote control, which can operate an electric appliance, with the holder body. SOLUTION: In a toilet room, a toilet device 2 of a shower-toilet-integrated type is provided, and this toilet paper holder 3 is provided on a wall surface 1 around the toilet device 2. For this toilet paper holder 3, a holder body 3a, which rotatably supports two rolls of toilet paper R around the axis, and a paper cutting plate, which can cut off respective toilet papers R, are provided. Then, at the upper section of the holder body 3a, a remote control 4, which can operate the toilet device 2, is integrated. By this constitution, an excellent construction property and a beautiful appearance of the toilet room can be displayed, and troublesomeness can be effectively prevented from occurring.
