PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a dynamic memory capable of exchanging the value of data at arbitrary time without latency among a lot of programs or between computers by storing converted data together with time sequential data so as to read the data with plural programs. SOLUTION: A visual module 4 writes the position information of an object provided from a video image into a dynamic memory 8 and reads the glance direction data of a camera written by an action module 6 out of the dynamic memory 8. On the other hand, the action module 6 performs reverse reading/ writing operation. The data written in the dynamic memory 8 become discrete data having a tie interval determined by the processing cycle of the visual module 4 or action module 6 to perform writing operation. Namely, concerning the visual module 4 and the action module 6 to exchange information through the dynamic memory 8, time waiting with synchronism for information exchange is not required.
