PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a packaging box which looks classy, excellent in appearance and hand touch, unique in printing, and prevent the ink from being rubbed by punching a transparent plastic sheet with a nonwoven fabric stuck on its whole surface to from a box, and executing the printing on the nonwoven fabric surface side of the plastic sheet. SOLUTION: A stock material with a nonwoven fabric 10 consisting of plastic fibers stuck on the whole surface of a hard plastic sheet via an appropriate adhesive is punched to form a packaging box. An ink 30 is offset printed on the plastic sheet 20 between the nonwoven fabric 10 and the plastic sheet 20, and in addition, an ink 40 is screen-printed on the nonwoven fabric 10 on the side opposite to the plastic sheet 20. Since the letters and patterns of the ink 38 are visible through the nonwoven fabric 10, the unique expression is possible, sad the letters or pattern are neither rubbed or deleted since the nonwoven fabric 10 is stuck on the ink 30.
