PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a wiper for a vehicle preventing insufficient wiping due to snow adhering to a wiper arm while having a fine appearance. SOLUTION: A wiper 1 comprises a wiper arm part 2 and a wiper blade part arranged on a tip thereof. It is constituted so that the wiper arm part 2 covers one part of the wiper blade part to give the whole of the wiper 1 a compact appearance with a sense of unity. A snow adhesion preventing part 5 integrally formed with a body 28a of a wiper arm 28 is provided near a pivot shaft 9 side of a blade rubber 37. When the wiper 1 is operated during a snow fall, one part of snow wiped by the blade rubber 37 tries to penetrate in a direction of the snow adhesion preventing part 5, but the penetration of snow is blocked by the snow adhesion preventing part 5. Thereby, insufficient wiping to a glass face G due to adhesion of snow inside the body 28a of the wiper arm 28 is prevented.
