Novelty is that capacitor is provided in addition with external end insulator mounted on current lead, held tight against power plate 6, and connected through sealed joint to internal insulator mounted in power plate hole about current lead and to intermediate bushing welded to current- collecting plate; current lead is attached to bushing by means of threaded joint and, in addition, by soldering, welding, or by means of adhesive.
