PURPOSE: To make it easily controllable plural audio apparatuses by a personal computer. CONSTITUTION: A control program is constructed in accordance with an object- oriented programming system. Namely, an audio apparatus control class 704 for controlling audio apparatuses is prepared, and based on this, audio apparatus objects of an inductance are created according to each audio apparatus detected to exist on a data bus. If a user 700 gives, for instance, instruction for PLAY, an operation class 701 acquires a necessary audio apparatus object, and instructs this audio apparatus object. The audio apparatus object generates a command corresponding to the contents of the instruction, and is made to transmit the command to a target audio apparatus.
