PURPOSE: To miniaturize a circuit, to lighten weight of a circuit, to suppress power consumption and to easily adjust input/output. CONSTITUTION: In a linearizer 10, a first resistor and a second resistor 2 are connected in series, a third resistor 3 is connected to the connection point 4 of the first and second resistors 1 and 2 and an FET 5 as a variable resistance element is connected to the third resistor 3. An inductor 6 as the reactance element is connected between FET 5, and ground and a T-type attenuator is constituted of first, second and third resistors 1 to 3 and the FET 5.
