PURPOSE: To provide a structure capable of easily and surely connecting an elevating/lowering window glass of an automobile to an elevating/lowering member to constitute a window regulator on a glass holder without using any adhesive. CONSTITUTION: A glass bolder G comprises a holding part 2 to hold an end part of an elevating/lowering window glass 200 and a fitting part 1 of a window regulator to a direction member 302. The holding part 2 comprises an inner molded part formed of a hot melt material provided with a pair of side members 20a, 20a to hold the end parts of the window glass 200 from both sides and a bottom member 20b stretched between lower ends of a pair of the side members 20a, 20a, and an outer molded part formed of a plastic material higher in melting point than the hot melt material integrated with the inner molded part 20 outside the inner molded part 20.
