The present invention relates to a device for producing a light-emitting fabric, and to a method for producing a light-emitting fabric by using the same. The device comprises: a pre-processing unit for producing a base layer by trimming one surface of a base material; a light-emitting layer producing unit for producing a light-emitting layer on the base layer; and a post-processing unit for producing a protecting layer for preventing damage to the light-emitting layer. Each of the pre-processing unit, the light-emitting layer producing unit, and the post-processing unit includes a drying unit. The light-emitting layer producing unit coats one among a retro-composition for retro-reflecting light projected on the base layer, and a phosphorescent composition for absorbing, storing, and emitting light is coated; coats the retro-composition and the phosphorescent composition in order of selection; or coats a mixture thereof. The light-emitting layer producing unit comprises: a first roller and a second roller through which the base material can pass; a supply unit for supplying a base cloth between the base material and the second roller; and a collecting unit for collecting the base cloth which has passed between the base material and the second roller. The base cloth is formed in a band shape having both ends connected with each other, and is continuously rotated by being hung on the supply unit and the collecting unit. |
