摘要 The present invention relates to a clamping device to clamp a workpiece on one end of a spindle having a hollow part, to restrict damage due to an overload. According to one embodiment of the present invention, a clamping device comprises: a collet installed on one end of a hollow part of a spindle to clamp a workpiece; a clamping sleeve installed in the hollow part of the spindle to surround the collet, closing the collet when being moved forward, and opening the collet when being moved backwards; a multistage push pipe installed in the hollow part of the spindle to move the clamping sleeve forward and backwards, and divided by interposing a pressure adsorption elastic member; a cam sleeve installed on one end of an outer diameter of the spindle and forming a cam in one area; and making one side come into contact with the cam of the cam sleeve in a rear side, making the other side come into contact with an end part of the multistage push pipe in the rear side, and a toggle rotated around a front and back reciprocating motion of the cam sleeve to make the multistage push pipe perform a stroke motion.
