1. An oil-water filtering separator comprising a housing with an outer and inner shells, a heater in the form of a steam and water coil arranged between said inner and outer shells of the housing, a filtering granulated filler in the form of thermally-hardened balls of different size arranged in the inner shell, upper and bottom gravitation oil settler-collectors, a frame mounted in the upper part of the inner shell, a feed pipe of water to be purified, a discharge pipe of oil products, a discharge pipe of the purified water, branch pipes of heat carrier feed and condensate discharge, characterized in that said housing is provided with a cover and a bottom, in which an upper and bottom oil settler-collectors are correspondingly located with additional tangent feed branch pipes of water to be purified, connected to the outer shell of the housing tangentially to the circumference counter clockwise, pipes for removing mud and slime, feed branch pipes for washing water and blowing air, wherein the cover is provided with a pipe for removing oil products, an air valve and further mounted a gravitation oil settler-collector with a pipe of the oil products discharge an air valve and connected by a vertical pipe to the bottom gravitation oil settler-collector, wherein the frame is designed in the form of a case, the inner volume of which is filled with large-size granulated filler and provided with filters mounted in its upper and bottom pats, in the bottom part of the inner volume of the inner shell to 0,75-0,85 of its height to the upper frame a small-size granulated filler is arranged, wherein at least in 1,5-3 loops of the steam and water heater's coil horizontal ribs are provided in one plane, a cone is mounted at the end of the vertical pipe of the purified water discharge and arranged in the bottom gravitation oil settler-collector, while at least one filter is further mounted in the bottom part of the inner space of the inner shell, radial ribs of constant heat resistance are provided through the whole height of the inner shell from the upper frame to the bottom filter. 2. The separator as claimed in claim 1, characterized in that at least one filter is designed in the form of perforated disks spaced respective to each other at a distance equal to 4/5-5/6 of the diameter of the filler's ball using spacers and location of holes of the upper and lower disks checkered respective to each other. 3. The separator as claimed in claims 1-2, characterized in that at least one filter is designed in the form of a perforated disk with holes, above each a cone with slots and rigidity ribs is fixed. 4. The separator as claimed in claims 1-3, characterized in that the balls of the filtering separator are made of metal, glass or ceramic. |
