PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To impart flexibility in design by a ratio of short length to an output by enclosing a housing by a heat sink and a cover plate, and forming an enclosure by which heat can be transferred uniformly, while thermal expansion force having tendency for deformation of the housing is removed. SOLUTION: A heat sink and a cover plate are fixed mutually tightly, while a top-section cover plate and a bottom-section cover plate are held in a relationship, in which they are positioned at intervals to the laser top face and base of a pipe assembly 110. Dispersion in the case of expansion by heating is generated in a pipe 111 by the structure, and torsional stress, having a tendency that a mirror is displaced by deforming the slender rectangular shape of the assembly as a whole, is inhibited minimally. Separation between the pipe 111 and a flexibly connected cover plate heat sink enclosure is fully reduced with a level equal to or lower than the optomum appropriate to the adequate and effective cooling of all components at the same time. |
