PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a diaphragm driving device constituted so that a movable iron core is held by a mechanical mechanism when current conduction is cut off by moving the iron core by current conduction of a coil for a short time. SOLUTION: This diaphragm driving device 35 is constituted of the 1st and the 2nd coils 51 and 52, the movable iron core 58 inserted in the coils 51 and 52, a yoke magnetic frame 60, a lock member 61 and a leaf spring 62. In a state shown in a figure (A), a tip part 61c enters the moving path of a pin 58a so as to obstruct the movement of the core 58. When the coil 52 is energized, the lock member 61 is attracted to the frame 60 by resisting to the pressing of the spring 62 (B). Then, the tip part 61c is retreated from the moving path of the pin 58a and the core 58 is moved to the coil 52 side. After the current conduction is stopped, the lock member 61 is returned to an original position by being pressed by the spring 62. Then, the tip part 61c enters the moving path of the pin 58a (C).
