PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To properly update and set information of a peripheral base station to be imparted from a base station to a mobile station. SOLUTION: The mobile station acquires base station information of a base station sending a perch channel from the received perch channel and transmits the base station information to the bass station. The base station receives the base station information and updates the information of the peripheral base station on the basis of the base station information. For example, the perch channel is spread over a wide band by using a spread code at a higher speed than an information rate and spread in duplicate by using a 1st spread code group in common to all base stations with the same period as the information symbol period and a 2nd spread code with a longer period than an information symbol period and different from each base station. Furthermore, the base station information consists of a 2nd spread code number used by the base station and phase information of the end spread code.
