PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To miniaturize a system while improving the incidence efficiency by arranging plural cavities on a particle orbit of an orbital accelerator, and performing the acceleration, deceleration and accumulation of the particles with one orbital accelerator. SOLUTION: Electron generated by an electron source 7 is accelerated, and passes through a primary electron orbit 8, and enters an electron accumulation cavity 4 including an X-ray target 9 made of a carbon narrow wire and arranged so as to cross the electron orbit. The electron accelerated by the carbon narrow wire receives the energy while passing through the accumulation cavity 4, but since the electron after passing the cavity has various energy, the electron orbits while drawing various scattered electron orbit 10. Most of the electron pass through without being attenuated by collision with the X-ray target 9, and reaches a deceleration cavity 2 with the initial energy. The reached electron returns the energy in the deceleration cavity 4, and the electron is accelerated by a next acceleration cavity, and continues to orbit on a storage orbit 16 as a primary electron orbit. Electron can be thereby continuously transferred from the initial acceleration to the storage mode.
