PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enable analysis while removing a noise and to shorten arithmetic time by performing frequency conversion to an inputted image and outputting the analyzed result of the inputted image on the basis of this converted result. SOLUTION: The image of a photographed microbe or cellular tissue is photographed by an image photographing part 101. The photographed image is preserved in a frame buffer memory 102 as the digital image of a sample image 111. Wavelet transformation is applied to the image data preserved in the frame buffer memory 102 by a wavelet transforming part 103. In an image analytic part 104, a frequency converted transformation coefficient 113 is analyzed while using X-Y coordinates expressing which component data in the image data are expressed by the transformation coefficient 113. On the basis of this analyzed result, the degree of activity is quantitatively discriminated while using the position information of an object such as microbe or cellular tissue, number, size, area ratio, form, direction and color. Thus, the burden of human observation is reduced. |
