PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To securely assemble terminal metal fittings up to a regular fixing position. SOLUTION: A bulb 30 is fitted into a socket body 10. A terminal metal fittings 20 are fitted thereto in the same assembling direction as that of the bulb 30. The terminal metal fittings 20 are provided with an abutting portion 29 against which the bulb 30 abuts during the fitting process to the socket body 10 when the terminal metal fittings 20 are located at an irregular assembling position more frontward of a regular assembling position. If the bulb 30 is fitted in a state in which the terminal metal fittings 20 are located at the irregular assembling position, the bulb 30 abuts against the abutting portion 29 during the fitting process, and thereafter, the terminal metal fittings 20 are pushed to reach the regular assembling position as the bulb 30 is assembled. |
