PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a function capable of changing the verifying method of a user or refusing a data transmission/reception request on the basis of the lapse of time from the last data transmission/reception when a user is to issue the data transmission/reception request to a computer while using a terminal. SOLUTION: Timers 131, 132... (timer group) existent for each pair of user and terminal count the lapse of time from the time point when every user performs the last data transmission/reception with a computer 100 while using each terminal (while a user 301 uses a terminal 201, for example). Corresponding to the data transmission/reception request using a certain terminal from a certain user, a verifying function providing part 120 retrieves the timer corresponding to the pair of that user and the relevant terminal out of the timer group and changes the user verifying method on the basis of the presence/absence of that timer and the value of that timer and when the value of that timer is greater than a fixed value, control is performed for refusing that data transmission/reception request. |
