PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a clip structure for extracting electrical signals which are improved in measured value accuracy and reliability and can be handled conveniently. SOLUTION: A clip structure for extracting electrical signals is constituted, in such a way that an operating member 3 is journaled in a hollow base member 2, in a state where one end of the member 3 is protruded from the member 2 and the member 3 is urged in the returning direction. A pipe member 4 is protruded straight from the front end of the member 2, and an elastic wire 5 is housed in the member 4. A knob section is formed in the front section of the wire 5, and the rear section of the member 5 is fixed to the lower part of the operating member 3. When rear section of the member 5 rotates the operating member 3 by pushing the member 3 against the urging force, the knob section is protruded from the front end of the pipe member 4. In the internal lower part of the base member 2, a contact pin member 6 is set up and one end of the member 6 is engaged with the rear end of the pipe member 4. The other end of the member 6 is protruded from the base member 2, and the engaging sections of one end of the member 6 and the rear end of the pipe member 4 are joined to each other by a melt-bonding means, such as the soldering, etc. In addition, a core material 22 of steel, etc., is inserted into the member 6.
