PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a heat conductive pipe with an inner face groove, which is high in heat conductivity and can be manufactured with higher productivity than a conventional rolling processing method. SOLUTION: In a heat conductive pipe with an inner face groove, which is equipped with a fin 2 protuberant in spiral form on the inwall face and whose fin 2 has a plane inscribed in the triangle having an apex angle of not less than 10 deg. and not more than 30 deg. in a cross section vertical to the tubular axis, the plane of the fin 2 and the straight part of the groove continue smoothly via the curved surface forming a circular arc at a cross section vertical to the tubular axis, and a ratio h/R of a height h of the fin 2 to a radius R of curvature of the curved surface is not less than 2 and not more than 4.5.
