PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To exhibit sufficient sealing performance even if a part of a car body or an engine is dipped into the water by fitting an elastic seal cap to a rear end part of an elastic cap member, and sealing the rear end part of the elastic cap member. SOLUTION: An elastic seal cap member 9 is fitted to a rear end part of an elastic cap member 8, and its attaching structure is carried out in such a way that a fitting cylindrical body 8-6 having a diameter smaller than an outer diameter of a cap member 8 is protruded to a rear end part of an elastic cap member 8, and a cylindrical elastic seal cap 9 having the same outer diameter as the outer diameter of the elastic cap member 8 is fitted to the fitting cylindrical body 8-6 by a recessed and projection fitting method. In the cylindrical elastic seal cap 9, a through-hole 9-1 having a diameter smaller than the outer diameter of a tube P which is connected, and which is nearly matched is protruded on a center part, and a locking part 9-2 for recessed and projection- fitting the elastic cap member 8 as a counterpart is formed on an outer circumferential end part. |
