<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To achieve easy exchange without requiring adjustment of a sample stand by moving a sample stand base, that can be connected to a forward/ backward move guide that is installed outside a sample horizontal type goniometer arm and a base for moving to the left and to the right. SOLUTION: This device comprises a forward-backward travel guide rail 3, a left/right travel guide rail, a motor 6 for moving left and right, a base for moving left and right, and the like. When a sample stand to be exchanged is not fitted to a goniometer 1, the sample stand being placed at a sample stand-supporting stand 7a is selected. Then, a sample stand 7b placed on a sample stand base 8b is moved and retracted from a central guide rail 5b on a sample stand base 8b to a right guide rail 5a on a right base 8a. Similarly, a sample support stand 7c, placed on a left guide rail 5c on a left base 8c, is retracted from a central rail 5b to the right guide rail 5a. Then, the sample stand-supporting stand 7a for placing a selected sample stand is moved form a left base 8c along the left guide rail 5c for fixing.</p> |
