PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enable a ZEISS Contax wide-angle lens to be attached to a Leica(R) by using an adapter internal mechanism so that the moving amount thereof and that of the helicoid of a Contax mount are made to follow each other and move in the proportional relation. SOLUTION: A follower system depending on a spring originally used so as to move the wide-angle lens in linkage with the helicoid of the Zeiss Contax mount 1 is not adopted but a cam 4 interlocked with the inside of the adaptor is newly manufactured. Besides, new parts 6 having a wide-width cam which can be interlocked with the cam 4 are manufactured for the wide-angle lens and exchanged for conventional parts. One of the manufactured parts is attached to the inside of the Contax-Leica adapter and the other part is attached by replacing the parts of the rear part of the Contax wide-angle lens (movable barrel, spring and fixing ring). Thus, restrictions such as irreversible remodeling and the non-compatibility of a Leica range finder are eliminated. Besides, the lens obtained by exchanging the parts can be restored to an original camera in a short time and any working is not executed to the body of the Leica at all.
