PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a photographic developing processing device capable of surely protecting a breaker from waste solution by an opening/closing cover provided at the working port of a waste solution recovery part at the time of recovering the waste solution. SOLUTION: This developing processing device is equipped with a processing solution tank for photographic sensitive material, the waste solution recovery part 5 recovering the waste processing solution in the processing solution tank and the breaker 6 in a device main body 1, and the operation port 61 of the breaker is disposed lower than the working port 51 of the recovery part 5. The opening/closing cover 7 which can change its position to a position where it closes the working port 51 of the recovery part 5 and a position where it opens the working port 51 is attached to the working port 51. When the cover 7 is moved to the position where it opens the working port 51, the dropping waste solution is prevented from infiltrating in the operation port 61 by the cover 7.
