PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To facilitate coupling between a plate-shaped block and a heat pipe and reduce the heat resistance between both, in a structure where one end of the heat pipe is fixed to the plate-shaped metallic block. SOLUTION: This fixing structure is equipped with a first plate-shaped block 1, where an internal thread 3 is made, and a second plate-shaped block 7 where an external thread 9 to screw in the internal thread is made integrally. This fixing structure is equipped with a retaining groove 6, which is made at least one hand of the junction faces in the condition that the first plate-shaped block and the second plate-shaped block 7 are assembled by screwing the internal thread 3 and the external thread 9, and one end of a heat pipe 5, which is stuck fast to the inner face of the retaining groove 6 in the condition and the place, opposed to the retaining groove 6, of the first plate-shaped block 1 or the second plate-shaped block 7.
