PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enable even a person having no knowledge of braille to judge contents and a reading direction and to recognize the initially planned braille display contents even in case of missing of three-dimensional ink by displaying the contents of braille display on a seal base material and mount with general notation. SOLUTION: The seal base material 1 consisting of a colorless transparent plastic film is transparent and is consequently visible through on the rear surface from the front surface side. The front surface of the seal base material 1 is printed with built-up braille display 2 and ordinary braille display 7. The braille formed by subjecting the three-dimensional ink consisting of a colorless transparent UV curing resin to a curing treatment after printing is used for the built-up braille display 2 formed on the front surface of the seal base material 1. A release agent layer of silicone, etc., is formed on the front surface of the mount 4. A tacky adhesive is made hardly adherable by the release agent layer. The seal base material 1 is temporally adhered onto the mount 4 in a peelable state. On the other hand, the rear surface of the mount 4 remains in the state of ordinary paper surface and, therefore, is printable with ordinary display.
