摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To shorten the machining time by completing the process from machining of a load cell to welding of a strain gauge only through injection molding thereby eliminating the cutting process of a drawing material at the time of draw molding or the post-machining process for cutting a strain generating part to a specified thickness. SOLUTION: A load cell 1 is injection molded of a high tension resin material and a strain gauge 3 for detecting strain at a strain generating part 2 during injection molding is welded thereto by simultaneous molding. The strain generating part 2 of the load cell 1 is composed of a high tension resin material and a high tension metallic material and molded simultaneously with the injection molding of high tension resin material. A strain gauge 3 for detecting strain at the strain generating part 2 is welded thereto trough simultaneous molding at the time of injection molding. Furthermore, the strain generating part 2 of the load cell 1 is composed of a high tension resin material and a high tension metallic material, the strain gauge 3 for detecting strain at the strain generating part 2 is attached to the high tension metallic material which is molded simultaneously with the injection molding of high tension resin material.
