PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To allow a possessor to confirm a state of a supervisory object while ensuring reliability of the supervisory object by a supervisory center by selecting other supervisory device to be a transmission opposite party in the case that occurrence of a fault in the supervisor object is detected, a supervisory device being an image transmission opposite party is selected and the supervisory device detects a fault. SOLUTION: An image storage section 607 stores images for several frames before and after sensing by a sensor 41 when the sensor 41 senses abnormity, and whether or not a changeover control command of a supervisory camera 5 is received from a sensor unit is discriminated. It is discriminated depending on whether or not a switching signal from the supervisory camera 5 sent from a center device through a communication channel 7 is received from a communication I/F 611. When a supervisor views an image displayed on a monitor, in the case the supervisor requires an image of other supervisory camera 5, the image is sent from the center device by using a supervisory camera switching signal. The supervisor uses a keyboard of the center device to select the supervisory camera.
