PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To lower the cost while changing parts except for a main body part, enable a change of parts except for the main body in the live condition that the main body part is installed in a pipeline, and enable the connection without generating a displacement of connection parts of each structural part by forming the main body part of a valve into modularization as a common structural part. SOLUTION: In this rotary valve, a valve main body 23 provided with a valve element 12 freely to be turned through a seat 11 provided in a body 10 is formed into a module as a common structural part, and a removable fitting part is provided at a through position of the body 10, where a stem 14 for opening and closing the valve element 12 is passed through, and on the other hand, at least two kinds of connecting parts 26 and an appropriate operating part 34 are selected for combination. Furthermore, the connecting part 26 is fixed to the removable fitting part freely to be removed, and the operating part 34 is fitted to the connecting part 26.
