PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To suppress collection of carbon and the like on an exhaust net through smooth ventilation of incomplete combustion gas by providing a retainer with diameter gradually decreasing toward the downstream, a supporting body comprising a large- diameter cylindrical portion and small-diameter cylindrical portion, and a filter portion covering an outlet side of the supporting body. SOLUTION: When exhaust with a main exhaust flow rate A flows inside a retainer 5 and passes an exhaust flow acceleration section C formed by a partition wall 5' having a diameter gradually decreasing toward the downstream, the exhaust forms a high-rate exhaust flow D. Also, when the exhaust flow passes through low-rate exhaust introduction holes 4 provided in the partition wall 5' and flows in a space 6 for low-rate exhaust flow, it forms a low-rate exhaust flow B. Inside a mixture space 7 which is cooled with air introduced from a cooling wind intake hole 8, when the high-rate exhaust flow D and the low-rate exhaust flow B are mixed, swirl flow is generated inside the mixture space 7 and pressure therein is decreased. Because of this pressure decrease, pressure difference arises and the high-rate exhaust flow D is introduced further toward the outlet side. As a result, gas inside a cylinder and an exhaust pipe, as well as incomplete combustion gas, are promptly discharged to the outlet side.
