PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain an optical path line testing system capable of testing optical fiber cables not directly housed in a communication facility building. SOLUTION: A light pulse tester 16 and a photo coupler 14 for inserting a test light from the light pulse tester 16 into optical fibers 51, 52 are inserted into an optical path line in a communication facility building 1, optical filters 13, 23, 25, 33 for passing communicating lights but cutting off the test light are inserted in front of each of transmitters, a building to be relay point has a light circuit inserted between the receive side and transmit side optical fibers which has one-to-two photo couplers 14 corresponding to their respective optical fibers 51, 53, the photo coupler 14 at the receive side sends communication lights of input lights to the transmitters and the test light to the photo coupler 14 at the transmit side, and the photo coupler 14 at the transmit side combines the communication light from the transmitter with the test light from the photo coupler 14 at the receive side and sends to the optical fibers 51, 53 at the transmit side. |
