<p>The invention concerns a method for fixing a mineral filler on cellulosic fibres in an aqueous suspension. The invention is characterised in that it consists in using as reaction medium a cellulosic fibre aqueous suspension derived from papermaking, comprising at least hydrogenocarbonates, carbonates or silicates of alkaline and/or alkaline-earth metals and in adding to said reaction medium, a hydroxide of the mineral filler, to precipitate the carbonates or silicates of the mineral filler on the fibres. The invention is particularly useful for making paper.</p> |
