PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent center annular parts from engaging with each other even if a plurality of valve elements are overlapped, solve the shortage of supply, and improve production efficiency by arranging ribs on the center annular part, in the valve elements provided with the center annular part having a cross section shape expanded to one side of a thickness direction, and a lip part enlarged to a radial direction outside. SOLUTION: A check valve 20 is formed by molding an elastic body such as rubber in a ring shape. It is provided with a center annular part 21 having a cross section shape expanded to one side of a thickness direction, and an umbrella shaped lip part 22 enlarged from the center annular part 21 to a radial direction outside. A plurality of ribs 23 for reinforcing the annular part 21 are formed in a circumferential direction of the annular part 21 at constant clearancas. Since the ribs 23 are protruded to an inside of a wall part 21a of the check valve 20, the rib 2 of an upper stage valve rides over the annular part 21 of a lower stage valve in the case where a plurality of valves 20 are overlapped in a parts supplying device, and it is difficult that the annular parts are engaged with each other.
