The electric drive motor (3) is contained within a cylindrical housing (1) in axial line with the cogwheel drive and has a stator ring which is fixed relative to the housing, enclosing a rotor (5) mounted on a central rotor shaft (4). The latter has an eccentrically offset shaft section (6) for rotation of a force transfer device (10) with outer and inner cog rings (11,12) cooperating with outer and inner hollow cog wheels (13,14), one of which is secured to the housing while the other is provided by part of the drive output shaft (8).
