<p>A displacement sensor comprising a movable body (10) made of a magnetic material, a pair of stators (11, 12) having driving coils (13, 14) and position sensors (15, 16) corresponding to the stators, opposedly arranged on both sides of the movable body (10), and made of a magnetic material, and a control unit (30) for driving the driving coils (13, 14) with electric powers corresponding to the intervals (d1, d2) between the movable body (10) and the stator (11) and between the movable body (10) and the stator (12) according to the sensing outputs of the position sensors (15, 16) so that the movable body (10) is balanced in an intermediate position between the stators (11, 12) and for calculating the force (F) applied to or acceleration (G) of the movable body (10) from the powers for driving the driving coils (13, 14). A movement information collecting device comprising the displacement sensor is also disclosed. <IMAGE></p> |
