PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a human body protective sheet which is easily portable, abundant in functions, and capable of maintaining the life even when an emergency occurs. SOLUTION: A slider side fastener piece 39 is provided on a first peripheral edge part 17, a third peripheral edge part 21 and a sixth peripheral edge part 27 of a human body protective, sheet 1. A barrel side fastener piece 41 is provided on a second peripheral edge part 19, a fourth peripheral edge part 23 and a fifth peripheral edge part 25 thereof. The slider side fastener 39 is constituted by fixing an element (tooth) 45 and a box body 47 to a tape 43, and mounting the slider 49 thereon. On the other hand, the barrel side fastener piece 41 is constituted by fixing an element 45 and a barrel 51 to the tape 43. The slider side fastener piece 39 and the barrel side fastener piece 41 constitute an open slide fastener.
