PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To constitute a metal honeycomb so that a releasing agent is not dried in coating, is hardened/dried in a short time by ultra violet rays and does not have harmful volatilization/evaporation, a coating thickness of the releasing agent is thinned, generation of skipping is avoided, pressing at diffusion welding is performed with low load, further carburizing is suppressed, evaporation of a binder of the releasing agent is performed at a slow speed, interruption of diffusion jointing treatment is avoided and generation of carbide, oxide, etc., is avoided. SOLUTION: A first example of a releasing agent contains releasing powder made of ceramic powder, a binder made of an ultraviolet ray hardening resin pre-polymer and a solvent made of water. A second example releasing agent contains releasing powder made of ceramic powder, a binder made of ultraviolet ray hardening resin having different thermal decomposition/evaporation temp. and a diluting agent made of an ester group ultraviolet ray hardening resin monomer. |
