PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a bioactive complex implant material which is unlikely to break and which can be firmly bonded to natural bones. SOLUTION: This implant material has a porous surface layer part fused to at least a portion of the surface of a base part having a solid structure. In this case, the surface layer part has a composition consisting of 22.0 to 50.0 wt.% SiO2, 8.0 to 30.0 wt.% P2O5, 20.0 to 53.0 wt.% Cab, 1.0 to 16.0 wt.% MgO, 0 to 9.0 wt.% Al2O3, 0 to 2.0 wt.% F2, and 0 to 5,0 wt.% B2O3, and is composed of crystallized glass on which at least one kind selected from among apatite, wollastonite and diopside is precipitated, the surface layer part having average pore diameters of 20 to 2000 μm and a porosity of 40 to 95 vol.%. |
