PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain the subject food affording such an entirely new touch as to be capable of being bitten off while feeling fibrous touch through the teeth when eaten, readily disaggregative in the mouth and also capable of sensing fibrous touch. SOLUTION: This new food is obtained by dispersing a previously made fibrous food material in a binding base solidified under heating; wherein the above binding base comprises salted ground fish meat prepared by adding 100-600 wt.% of water to fish meat composing salted ground fish meat. |
